Miami has experienced a cultural and urban renaissance which goes hand in hand with modern architecture that is changing the face of the Sun’s City.
Real State developers are focusing on art in order to give a competitive advantage to their projects. Culture is becoming essential to create and establish the identity of a place and increase its long-term value.
The luxury boom that has revived as the Phoenix, has favoured house prices in South Florida. Today there are about 50 projects in various developmental stages. The costs of these areas vary from 15.000 to 20.000 dollars per square meter. In recent years Florida’s Capital City has grown at an accelerating rate and is expected to grow as New York. New projects and constructions are the order of the day. Miami is growing with art and design luxuries, in an atmosphere of calm, with new skyscrapers, one higher than the other.
Magnificent structures are starting to be built in the most requested places such as Brickell, Art District, Edgewater, Wynwood, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, South Beach, Aventura, Hallandale, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale. In each one of them, investments are good decisions. International buyers continue to dominate the market and have turned Florida into a global destination for business and finance, leisure trips, arts and culture. According to the data generated by the NAR of Miami, countries with the greatest percentage of purchases are: Venezuela 16%, Argentina 12%, Brazil 11%, Colombia 8%, Canada 7%, France 5%, Mexico 4%, Italia 3%, Ecuador 3%, Peru 3% and Spain 3%. Mercado de Dinero USA Magazine analyzed the Real Estate proposals, and its present edition includes some of the most notable buildings, based on creativity, innovation in construction, and conveniences that will be offered to their potential customers, in one of the most cosmopolitan cities of the world.
